Mark C. Wheeler, II
Associate
Mark Wheeler is an associate attorney with a practice focused on civil litigation. He represents clients in a wide range of disputes, bringing strong advocacy skills and a practical, client-centered approach to every case.
Before attending law school, Mark served as a felony probation and parole officer with the Georgia Department of Community Supervision. He also worked as an accountability court coordinator for the Macon Judicial Circuit’s Mental Health and Veterans Treatment Courts, gaining valuable insight into the justice system and the individuals it serves.
Mark earned his Juris Doctor from Mercer University School of Law, where he was an active member of the Mercer Advocacy Council and distinguished himself on the mock trial team, receiving multiple honors for his trial advocacy. He received his undergraduate degree from the University of Georgia.
In addition to his practice, Mark serves on the board of the Macon Young Lawyers’ Division, where he works to support the professional development and community engagement of young attorneys.

Mark lives in Macon, Georgia with his wife, Sarah, and their two dogs, Ruthie and Winnie. Outside of the office, he enjoys perfecting the craft of slow-smoked barbecue, spending time with his wife and friends, and cheering on the Georgia Bulldogs.
