Wesley Ennis Childs

Wes, originally from Jones County, graduated from the University of Georgia in 2008, where he studied financial planning. He later attended Walter F. George School of Law at Mercer University and graduated cum laude 2014. We has been with CHRKG since he first started as a law clerk the summer following his second year at Mercer. Wes met his wife, Lauren, when the two were at Mercer together. They now live in Macon and attend Vineville United Methodist Church. Wes is an active member of the Macon Bar Association and the William Augustus Bootle Inn of Court. He is also a member of the executive committee of the Macon Bar’s Young Lawyers Division.

Wes’s practice is 100% litigation, focusing on a broad range of insurance defense matters as well as insurance coverage issues. Wes’s insurance defense practice centers on motor vehicle and trucking accidents as well as premises liability litigation.
