Karen J. Robertson concentrates her law practice on workers’ compensation, representing insurers, self-insured employers, and state and local governments. Her practice areas also include defense of automobile liability claims, general liability matters, and general insurance defense. Mrs. Robertson was admitted to the State Bar of Georgia in 2007 and is also a member of the Macon Bar Association. She is admitted to practice in the State and Superior Courts of Georgia.
Mrs. Robertson graduated with a B.A. in Communications from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill (2001) and with a J.D. from Mercer University, Walter F. George School of Law (2007). In law school, Mrs. Robertson was named a member of the Order of Barristers and won the Lawson/King & Spalding First Year Oral Argument Competition. She was a member of both the Intrastate Moot Court Team and the Wagner Labor Law Moot Court Team. Additionally, Mrs. Robertson served as Vice-Chair of Competitions for the Moot Court Board and as Student Bar Association Treasurer.
