Christi E. Horne

Christi Horne concentrates her practice in the area of workers' compensation, representing insurers, self-insured employers, and state and local governments. Her practice further includes areas of insurance defense, governmental law, business litigation and professional negligence.

She was admitted to the State Bar of Georgia in 2002, and is admitted to practice in United States District Courts for the Northern and Middle Districts of Georgia, the Georgia Supreme Court, the Georgia Court of Appeals, and in the State and Superior Courts of Georgia.

Ms. Horne graduated magna cum laude with a B.A. degree in Political Science from the University of Georgia (1999), where she was a UGA Presidential Scholar, graduate of the Environmental Ethics Certificate Program, among other honors. She graduated cum laude from the University of Georgia School of Law in 2002. There she was heavily involved with the law school's annual Red Clay Conference and served on the Editorial Board of the Journal of Intellectual Property Law.

Ms. Horne's professional involvement includes membership in the Macon Bar Association, William Augustus Bootle American Inn of Court, the American Bar Association, and the Georgia Defense Lawyers Association. She is also very active in her community. She currently serves as Secretary of the Executive Board for the Rotary Club of Downtown Macon, as well as Secretary of the Bragg Jam Executive Board.
