Dennis Duncan's primary areas of practice are Elder Law, Social Security, Probate Administration, and Workers' Compensation Law. Mr. Duncan has practiced law in Georgia for eighteen years and has a Martindale-Hubbell BV (4.4) rating, which identifies him as a lawyer with distinguished legal ability.

He is a charter member of the ElderCare Matters Alliance and a member of the Elder Law and Worker's Compensation of the Sections of the State Bar of Georgia. Mr. Duncan is a graduate of the Walter F. George School of Law, Mercer University, (Juris Doctor, 1991). He is also a graduate of the University of Colorado, Boulder (M.M., 1985); the University of Georgia (B.M., 1981); and the University of West Georgia (B.A., 1977).

Mr. Duncan is available to assist families and senior citizens with long-term health care planning, assisted living issues, Medicare and Medicaid planning, Guardianship, Conservatorship Petitions and Probate Administration. He is likewise available to serve the legal needs of injured employees with Worker's Compensation claims and disabled individuals with Social Security claims.
